Cancellation Policy
Thank you for considering to book your next hair appointment with us. Like any business, making an appointment with Glam Up for your hair styling requires that your preferred stylist set aside his or her schedule to accommodate you, depending on the type of style or treatment you are schedule for, it could be anywhere from 60 minutes to several hours.

Therefore, we kindly ask that you give us ample time for changes or cancellations so that other clients will have the opportunity to have a Glam Up experience. Failure to adhere to this common courtesy may result in 50% charge, we thank you for your understanding.
